As an essential part of Cocoa Crayon’s service philosophy, I work hard to address each of my customer’s needs personally. I’ve provided answers to the most commonly asked questions below to get you started; but if there’s anything I can do to make your shopping experience easier and more pleasant, please don’t hesitate to call or email, and I will respond promptly.
Manage Your Account
Simply login to view your order history, manage your shipping and billing address, change your password and more. You can always access your personal details by clicking the “Account” button at the top of our website.
Our customers’ privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our goal is to stay connected while always respecting your busy schedule.
We will never share your private information with a third party for any reason. We may, from time to time, let you know about sales or special offers via email and/or traditional mail; however, you can opt out of any and all communication from Cocoa Crayon at any time, from the first mailing. Additionally, we do require cookies to be turned on in your browser when logging in or ordering, but only for the sake of processing your order more efficiently, and making your experience on the site seamless.
Create multiple wishlists for yourself and for gifts,
If the item is a gift please let us know if it’s for a boy, a girl or if the gender is unknown; what you’d like written on the card; and the name and address of where it’s going (if it’s going to a different address than yours). You can leave a gift wrapping message during checkout, or just send us an email with your order number (in your confirmation email) and the details listed above.
We do fabulous gift wrapping that is no extra charge.
We’re more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. We’re one of the few companies that does. We do so because we know the frustration in wanting a fabulous product, but not having it available where you live. Problem solved – order it from Cocoa Crayon.

For online orders, simply choose your shipping speed on the checkout pages, and everything will be calculated for you based on your location.
For phone orders, domestic packages are sent via UPS Ground (1 to 5 days, depending on where you live) unless you would like it faster or only have a PO Box address. We don’t up-charge shipping costs at all. Costs are based on weight, size and shipping location. Contact us to begin your order.
Packages shipped internationally are sent through the U.S. Post Office using insured, first-class air (4-10 days). If you would like to know what the international shipping cost will be, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Life’s too short to clutter our homes with things that just don’t work for us. So, whether you’ve bought something for yourself or received a gift, if the item is not going to work for you please let us know. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you have received a gift and would like to return it for a credit or exchange, please contact us to receive return address. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail. If you know what you would like in it’s place, that information can be detailed in a note as well. If you would like a credit note it will be e-mailed to you immediately upon receipt of the merchandise.
You can track your shipments at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page. You will need your Order ID# (found in your confirmation email), and the email address you used during checkout. If you don’t have the confirmation email anymore, simply contact us for assistance.
