If something you’ve received doesn’t work for you, here’s what to do…

Your passion for our products is paramount to the success of Cocoa Crayon. After all, life is too short to clutter our homes with things that don’t bring us joy. If you are not happy with your order, returning it is no problem. Help is just an email or phone call away!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only items that are in new, salable condition can be returned. Items on sale at a discount of greater than 10% can be returned for store credit only, and only if returned within 7 days from delivery. Gift certificates and items that are personalized cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. A credit note will be issued for gift returns.

If you live within the 48 contiguous United States, a UPS Ground Shipping Label can be emailed to you to expedite your return (make this request on the return form). The cost of the UPS label will be deducted from your credit or the amount of your refund. If you are making a return from outside of the continental United States, please mail your return using an insured method.
