Here’s the scoop on everything you need to know about shipping…
The amount you pay for shipping, if any, is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are applied per delivery address. If your order is going beyond the lower, contiguous 48 United States, is going to multiple destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, is shipping to an international destination or you need faster service than UPS Ground, simply make a note of this in the comments section at checkout and you will receive an email after placing your order advising you of the shipping charge. Or, if you’d like to know in advance, just get in touch and you can receive a shipping quote.
How long will it take?
I am all about instant gratification and I’m guessing you are too. Every effort is made to send your order the day it’s received. If something is not in stock or it’s going to take a few extra days to get your package out the door, you will be advised. Similarly, if you need an item by a particular date then please get in touch via email or phone prior to placing your order and I will happily advise you. All packages ship from Northern California. The longest time in transit – from the West Coast to the the East Coast – is 5 business days. A few examples of others…San Francisco is 1 day, LA is 2 days, Chicago is 4 days, New York is 5 days, and so it goes.
How do I get free shipping?
All orders with a value before sales tax of $100 or more and have a delivery address within the 48 contiguous United States will receive free shipping.
What if my order is under $100?
The flat rate shipping charged on orders under $100 is $9.95. So if you are on the fence about purchasing something, splurge a little and you’ll save the shipping charge. Remember, flat rate shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States for regular UPS Ground shipping only.
What if my order is not bound for the 48 contiguous United States?
Your order will be sent via the United States Postal Service. This method is mostly based on weight and disctance, but size factors in as well. Time in transit depends on distance and customs (if international). I’ve shipped package to Australia that have taken 3 days. It usually blows me away how fast it all happens.
What if I need to cancel my order after it has shipped?
Please refer to the return policy.
